Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Aflora app and Aflora Pro. They're written to be read, so they're short.
The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Diverse Software (“Aflora”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use Aflora.
If you downloaded Aflora from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these terms and Apple's agreement conflict, these terms apply as far as Apple allows. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. Google Play's terms apply to downloads from Google Play.
What Aflora is and isn't
Aflora is a wellbeing and self-reflection companion: affirmations, personal visions, a journal, listening sessions and habits. It is not medical, psychological or financial advice, and it does not promise any outcome. Frequencies, meditations and sleep tracks are relaxing listening practices, not treatments.
If you are struggling or in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Aflora.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Privacy. See how to delete your account.
Aflora Pro
Aflora is free to download, and your first personal vision is free to keep. Aflora Pro unlocks the complete listening library, narrated visions and new personal visions. The price for your country is shown in the app before you buy.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app or your Aflora account does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
Lifetime
The lifetime option is a one-time purchase. It gives you Pro for as long as Aflora offers the features it includes, with no renewals.
Restoring and refunds
On a new phone, sign in with the same Aflora account and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds follow their policies. Request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or through Google Play. This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law.
Fair use
To keep narration available for everyone, the number of new narrated visions per day and month is limited. If you reach a limit, you can create more once it resets.
Your content
What you write and add to Aflora stays yours. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the app to you, for example sending a wish to be turned into a personal vision. See the Privacy Policy for how that works.
Personal visions and narration are created by AI from what you tell us. They can be imperfect or unexpected, so treat them as encouragement, not fact or advice.
Using Aflora fairly
Please don't:
- Use Aflora to create content that is illegal, hateful or harmful, or that targets other people.
- Try to get around Pro, usage limits or security, or reverse engineer the app or our servers.
- Overload the service or access it with bots or scripts.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Our content
The app, its design, the flower artwork, meditations, sleep tracks, recordings and other content belong to Aflora or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use within the app.
Changes to Aflora and these terms
We keep improving Aflora, so features may change. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect. If you keep using Aflora after that, the new terms apply.
Liability
We work hard to keep Aflora available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Aflora is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
