Why Aflora exists

Most of us know what we want. What is hard is keeping it close on ordinary days — between work, messages and everything else. Aflora is a small daily ritual for that: a few minutes to say what you want, hear it back in a calm voice, notice how you feel, and see your progress grow.

Instead of streaks that break, Aflora gives you a flower. You choose one of nine — Aurora, Ember, Iris, Luna, Nova, Sage, Solara, Willow, Zenith — and every affirmation, journal entry and kept ritual earns Bloom that helps it grow. Every level adds something new and the levels never stop. Miss a day and nothing is lost; your flower is still there when you come back.

Private by design

• Your journal entries, reflections and moods stay on your phone and only you can read them.
• Your writing is never sent to analytics and never shared.
• Photos on your vision board stay on your phone and nothing on your board is public.
• Personalisation stays inside Aflora and is never used for advertising. Sharing anonymous usage data is a setting you control.
